Ram is an Affiliated Researcher with VMware Research Group. He is also an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Ram's work spans storage, file, and distributed systems. He is interested in improving the reliability and performance of these systems.
