I am a PhD student from Instituto Superior Técnico – University of Lisbon (Portugal) and a researcher at INESC-ID Lisboa, where I'm advised by Rodrigo Rodrigues and João Garcia. You can check my homepage here.

My research has been broadly focused on consistency, fault-tolerance, and end-to-end distributed tracing. Most recently I've been focused on facilitating coordination between subsystems with different consistency semantics, and how to provide stronger semantics for microservice-based ecosystems.

At VMware I'm working with Lalith Suresh and Leonid Ryzhyk on making cluster management tasks less tedious and more efficient.
